Something new is always exciting — and we can’t wait to share this one. We’ve been working on setting this up for the past year and the first one is almost ready to be released. Feb. 27 is the big day it will just be delivered to International Carwash Association members as one of your member benefits.

It is called The Pulse Report, and it provides insights into the pulse of consumers, operators, suppliers and the U.S economy that most influence current performance and future expectations for the car wash industry.

“In traditional research models, one of the challenges is that by the time you can analyze and distribute it, the information isn’t as relevant,” said ICA CEO Eric Wulf. “With more consistent outreach and output, we can stay on top of trends in timely and actionable ways to keep our community informed and positioned for success.”

Pulse™ is ICA’s proprietary research brand. At the end of 2022, Pulse was reorganized to help you grow your business by giving you access to timely consumer and industry data and actionable insights that keep you out in front of the competition. It will do that by increasing its scope and frequency. ICA Research Director Robert Klein is leading the research.

In 2023, ICA members can expect to receive four editions of The Pulse Report, two consumer research reports, two webinars highlighting consumer research and four longitudinal sentiment surveys that will be snapshots related to the car wash industry’s retail and supplier segments.
