People came from all over the world knowing that they would see well over 400 exhibitors showcasing innovative technologies and have the option to engage in 60+ hours of educational sessions. It was what they weren’t expecting to experience at The Car Wash Show™ 2023 that caused a buzz of emotional and excited conversations afterward.
With new events such as The Big Bash, The Car Wash Show AFTER DARK, the Community Impact Award and the ICA members-only Hall of Fame Celebration combined with record-breaking attendance (more than 9,000 attendees!), there were bound to be some interesting sparks mixed with good, solid connections.
“This show just felt good. I know we are in a world that lives off data and numbers and we are always looking to those things to validate what we are doing. But it’s hard to put a price on walking around The Show and just feeling good,” said Justin Alford, president of ICA and owner of Benny’s Car Wash. “I think we are going to build off this for the whole year.”
