Links Car Wash, a fast-growing express car wash company and affiliate of Madison Capital Group, announced today that Matt Pickelsimer has been named President.

Pickelsimer brings more than 20 years of operational leadership across the convenience-store, restaurant, and car wash industries. In his new role, he will focus on driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all Links locations while shaping strategic direction and ensuring a strong customer focus.

Prior to joining Links, Pickelsimer served as Senior Vice President at Mammoth Holdings, where he revitalized a 155-store network, driving a 14% increase in same-store sales, reducing churn by 60 basis points, and delivering $2.3 million in annual savings through vendor consolidation. Earlier in his career, he led successful turnarounds at Murphy USA and 7-Eleven, earning top company-wide performance honors and the “Most Improved Market” award from 7-Eleven. 

Known for his expertise in P&L optimization, team development, and operational strategy, Pickelsimer is well-positioned to elevate Links Car Wash through its next phase of expansion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing his MBA at Dallas Baptist University.
